• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines

• Lead the development of AI-powered recruitment tools and modules
• Integrate OpenAI and custom machine learning models for candidate-job matching
• Build and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, Typescript, and MongoDB
• Deploy applications on cloud platforms for global accessibility
• Collaborate with product, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric features
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services
• Enhance system performance, scalability, and reliability
• Author technical documentation and provide training as needed
