AI Software Engineer

MissionHires is seeking an experienced AI Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI-driven web applications and scalable cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, AI/ML integration, and a passion for building impactful products for mission-driven organizations.

• Proficiency in Typescript, JavaScript, and Python
• Expertise in Next.js, React, Node.js, and Express frameworks
• Experience integrating AI and machine learning models, especially OpenAI APIs and LLMs
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Vercel and AWS
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to design and consume REST APIs
• Proficient with Git, Jira, and Postman
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and automated testing

• Lead the development and deployment of AI-powered web applications
• Integrate AI/ML models for candidate screening, assessment, and matching
• Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable cloud solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features
• Optimize application performance and efficiency
• Develop and maintain database schemas and queries
• Implement automated testing and CI/CD pipelines
• Provide technical support and documentation for internal and external stakeholders
• Stay updated with the latest trends in AI, web development, and cloud technologies
