AI Software Engineer

• Proficiency in programming languages such as Typescript, JavaScript, and Python
• Expertise in frameworks and libraries including Next.js, React, Node.js, and Express
• Experience with AI and machine learning tools, including OpenAI API and chatbot development
• Strong knowledge of databases such as MongoDB and PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps tools (Vercel, AWS, Docker, CI/CD)
• Ability to design and implement REST APIs
• Experience with Agile methodologies and automated testing
• Proficient in using Git, Jira, and Visual Studio Code

• Lead the development of AI-powered hiring and candidate screening solutions
• Integrate OpenAI and custom machine learning models to automate candidate sourcing, outreach, and evaluation
• Build and maintain scalable web applications using Next.js, Typescript, and Vercel
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improve platform performance
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration to ensure reliability
• Optimize backend services and enhance user experience
• Provide technical support and documentation for AI-driven platforms
• Contribute to the design and deployment of innovative solutions for mission-driven organizations
