Chief Finance Officer

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and sustainability goals.
• Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Manage relationships with investors, banks, and other financial institutions.
• Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Collaborate with other executive team members to align financial strategies with overall business objectives.
• Identify and mitigate financial risks to the organization.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior finance leadership role.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.
• Experience in the renewable energy sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA is a plus.
