Director of Sales & Marketing 2

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Director of Sales and Marketing to lead our sales efforts and elevate our brand presence in a competitive market. This role will drive revenue through strategic sales planning, creative marketing initiatives, and impactful partnerships. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, has a strong understanding of corporate and group business sales, and possesses a proven track record of success in hotel sales and marketing. 2

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.

• Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals.

• Build and maintain relationships with key corporate, group, and travel industry clients.

• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.

• Partner with the General Manager and Revenue Management to optimize pricing strategies and maximize profitability.

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reports.

• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and community engagements to promote the brand and generate business.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a sales and marketing leadership role, preferably within a full-service hotel or resort.

• Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.

• Excellent leadership and team development skills.

• Proficiency in sales and marketing software, including CRM systems and social media platforms.
