MissionHires is seeking an experienced Educatorrr to design and deliver engaging, learner-centered instruction, develop curriculum and assessments, and support diverse learners in achieving measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented educator with strong classroom management, data-informed teaching practices, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging lessons aligned to learning objectives and standards
• Develop and refine curriculum materials, rubrics, and formative/summative assessments
• Differentiate instruction to support diverse learning needs and styles
• Use student data to inform instruction and track progress toward measurable outcomes
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to learners and communicate progress to stakeholders
• Integrate appropriate educational technology and learning tools
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate records, attendance, and compliance documentation
• Participate in professional development and contribute to school/program initiatives

• Proven experience as an educator, instructor, or trainer with measurable student outcome improvements
• Demonstrated ability to design standards-aligned curriculum and assessments
• Strong classroom management and learner engagement skills
• Experience differentiating instruction for diverse learners, including accommodations and supports
• Proficiency with educational technology (LMS, assessment tools, productivity suites)
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills
• Data literacy with the ability to analyze results and adjust instruction
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field (advanced degree or certification preferred)
• Ability to pass background checks and meet compliance requirements
