Financial Controller

Kenes Group, one of the world’s leading Professional Conference Organizers of medical and scientific events, is looking for a highly motivated Financial controller to join its global finance team.

• operative work – managing budgets, forecasts, manage bookkeeping and working with the legal department.

• Responsibility for company cash flow on a monthly basis.

• Responsibility for the Intercompany balances including Transfer pricing.

• To add additional for the payment: “including working with banks”

• Manage Finance duties, such as: reconciliations and posting, payroll bookkeeping entries, issuing income invoices, and booking expense invoices.

• Record daily financial transactions.

• communicate with service providers.

• Prepare both monthly & annual reports.

• Prepare payments to service providers (local and international).

• Support both quarterly & annual audits and reviews according to the Spanish laws.

• Certified accountant with 2-5 years of experience.

• experience from a global company.

• Strong verbal and written English skills – a must.

• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

• Experience with a global ERP system (Netsuite is an advantage).

• Team player with a proactive approach.
