• Monitor and analyze system performance to proactively address potential issues and optimize operations.

• Provide leadership and guidance to IT staff, fostering a culture of honesty and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and security protocols.
