Startup Acceleration & Founder Support

• Guide and mentor early-stage founders, ensuring they receive world-class support in product development, market fit, and fundraising.

• Oversee YC Demo Day, connecting startups with top investors globally.

• Continue building YC’s global reach, attracting founders from diverse backgrounds and geographies.

Organizational Leadership & Culture

• Lead and develop a high-performing YC leadership team, ensuring alignment with YC’s mission and values.

• Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and operational excellence within YC.

• Represent YC in public forums, including tech conferences, venture capital panels, and government advisory roles.

Public Policy & Industry Influence

• Engage with policymakers and regulatory bodies on issues related to venture capital, AI, and startup-friendly legislation.

• Drive thought leadership through public speaking, writing, and media appearances to shape the future of startups and innovation.

Experience & Expertise

• 15+ years of experience in venture capital, startup acceleration, or executive leadership in high-growth tech companies.

• Proven track record in fundraising, investment strategy, and capital allocation at scale.

• Deep understanding of early-stage startup challenges, product-market fit, and growth strategies.

• Experience leading and scaling an investment firm, accelerator, or major tech company is highly preferred.

Leadership & Skills

• Strong ability to mentor and guide early-stage founders, providing strategic and tactical insights.

• Exceptional networking skills, with deep relationships in Silicon Valley, venture capital, and the global startup ecosystem.

• Visionary thinker with the ability to anticipate industry trends and position YC as an innovator.
