Product Manager

Meta is seeking entrepreneurial Product Managers to join our dynamic team. As a Product Manager at Meta, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to innovate and execute product initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving our mission to build community and bring the world closer together.

Lead product initiatives from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with Meta's mission and values. Collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and researchers to develop and refine product features. Analyze user needs and market trends to inform product strategy and roadmaps. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user feedback, data analysis, and business goals. Ensure products are designed with a focus on user safety, privacy, and accessibility. Drive rapid iteration and agile development processes to adapt to changing needs and opportunities. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and team members.

Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a technology company. Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving. Excellent collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience in agile development methodologies and rapid iteration processes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly. $202,000/year to $277,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
