Join DogPaws as a Recruiter and help us build a team dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming dogs in need. We are looking for a passionate individual who shares our commitment to animal welfare and can identify and attract compassionate team members who align with our mission and values.

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates to ensure alignment with DogPaws' mission and values.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline to ensure timely hiring for open positions.
• Promote DogPaws' mission and values to potential candidates and the broader community.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within a non-profit or animal welfare organization.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to assess candidates' alignment with DogPaws' mission and values.
• Passion for animal welfare and commitment to DogPaws' mission.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
