Senior Vice President, Member and Provider Operations

Oscar Health is seeking a Senior Vice President, Member and Provider Operations to evolve the vision and strategy for our Member and Provider departments. This role will lead the department in engaging with Oscar’s members, providers, and brokers in innovative ways, while building an efficient and effective production organization at scale. The SVP will connect the voice of the customer to Oscar’s vision and strategy to enable our mission of making a healthier life accessible and affordable for all. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer.

Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the healthcare industry Strong strategic thinking and vision-setting capabilities Exceptional ability to engage and communicate with members, providers, and brokers Experience in building and scaling production organizations Ability to translate customer insights into actionable strategies Strong alignment with Oscar’s mission and values

The base pay for this role is: $308,800 - $405,300 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar’s unlimited vacation program company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.
