Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases for software applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the testing process.
• Collaborate with developers to understand product functionality and identify testing needs.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle to ensure quality standards are met.
• Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency where applicable.
• Analyze testing results and provide clear reports to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize testing processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience in software testing, specifically within a QA role.
• Familiarity with testing methodologies and automated testing tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies is a plus.
