Responsibilities

  • Plan, design, and execute tests for new recruitment software and tools.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand testing objectives.

  • Assist in creating user manuals and documentation for end-users.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in software testing or quality assurance role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
