• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse learning styles of 4th-grade students.
• Utilize EduBridge's AI and personalized learning platforms to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing timely feedback and support to ensure each student achieves their full potential.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, parents, and administrators to support student success and well-being.
• Stay current with educational best practices and integrate new technologies and methodologies into the classroom.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching skills and knowledge.

• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Valid teaching credential for the state of California.
• Proven experience as a 4th Grade Teacher or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of child development and educational best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners.
