• Provide personalized academic and career counseling to students.
• Utilize EduBridge's AI and personalized learning tools to tailor guidance to individual student needs.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and industry leaders to create comprehensive support plans for students.
• Conduct workshops and seminars on critical thinking, creativity, and lifelong learning.
• Monitor and track student progress, providing feedback and adjustments to their learning plans as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in education and workforce demands to provide relevant and timely advice.
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions with students, parents, and colleagues.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience as a Guidance Counselor or in a similar educational role.
• Strong understanding of educational technology and personalized learning platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders.
