EcoDynamics Corp is seeking a passionate and skilled HR - Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Denver, CO. As a key player in our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent who are aligned with our mission of accelerating the world’s transition to sustainable energy. You will play a crucial role in building a workforce that embodies our values of sustainability, innovation, and community.

• Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent in the renewable energy sector.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on best hiring practices.
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events, to source potential candidates.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.
• Promote EcoDynamics Corp’s mission, values, and culture to potential candidates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
• Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), preferably Workday.
• Passion for sustainability and renewable energy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
