Organizational Change Lead

The People Strategy team seeks an individual contributor who can holistically view the entire Block ecosystem to improve critical people-related priorities. You will play an important part in supporting leaders and managers in managing and promoting changes guided by the business and people strategy. You will report to the Head of Global People Strategy and Planning for Block. Over time, the role will support improving organizational effectiveness through change support activities, insight-driven action, progress monitoring, and review.

Provide insight-driven action to address people-related priorities. Monitor progress and review outcomes to ensure effective change management.

Experience in organizational change management. Ability to view and understand the entire Block ecosystem. Strong communication skills to promote transparency and clarity. Commitment to economic empowerment, inclusivity, and customer focus. Proven track record of building and maintaining trust with stakeholders. Innovative mindset to continuously improve processes and practices.
